Synthetic Grass & Rubber Surfaces Australia Pty Ltd is one of the largest suppliers and installers of both synthetic grass and rubber wetpour and has been operating for 26 years. In relation to articles published in the local papers regarding lead in synthetic grass and toxicity, this is not the case with our products. We purchase synthetic grass/yarns from reputable suppliers not containing any of these so called harmful and toxic elements within the products. We pride ourselves in providing quality products for our clients and would not jeopardize quality for price. So, you can be assured that Synthetic Grass & Rubber Surfaces Australia are free from these toxins.
All our products meet all Australian safety standards to ensure safe and environmentally friendly products. We are aware that earlier yarn may have used in the manufacture of synthetic grass in the late 60’s and 70’s and may have had traces of lead which were soon removed. The three companies that manufacture the synthetic grass for us (Melbourne and Sydney) use only the highest quality of materials and you can be assured that they are free from lead and toxic chemicals and are not in any way harmful to children. I have attached a statement from the Directors of these companies confirming that what we purchase is safe and that there are no health risks. Please find attached all relevant MSDS sheets (Material Safety Data Sheets) for your information.
